This pursuit leads us to work with only the highest quality coffee beans from selected growers throughout the world. AMERICAS
BRAZIL SANTOS
From the world's largest coffee growing country, this is a light bodied coffee with mild acidity, medium roast and mild flavor.
COLOMBIAN SUPREMO
Brought to you by the world's third largest coffee producer famous for its strict grading standards, this is one of Colombia's finest hand grade coffees, with rich aroma and full-bodied flavor and a slight snap of acidity. Complex with bright, rich fruit, supportive acid and coconut and cherry notes.
COSTA RICAN TARRAZU
Known for it's mild, clean, tangy, refreshing flavor, this variety has medium body and a distinctive snap of acidity. Tarrazu is the country's most highly prized growing region, where farmers plant trees at high altitudes in rich, well-drained volcanic soil, thus resulting in a hard bean that maintains its freshness longer than most.
GUATEMALAN ANTIGUA
Smoother than the Costa Rican, it's a medium bodied, consistent coffee with a smoky aroma and aftertaste. Guatemala's own unique smoky flavor is well balanced with the "spicy twist" you may detect in this coffee. Guatemalan coffee is popular in Europe where it is often used in espresso blends.
MEXICAN ALTURA
This is a medium bodied, pleasantly sweet coffee with relatively low acidity with a refined, flowery aftertaste. Mexican Altura (single origin) coffee is a mild, well-balanced coffee, high grown in the volcanic soil of this region of Mexico.
NICARAGUAN
These very large beans grow from 4500-5000 feet above sea level. They are rich in body with spices and chocolate overtones.
PANAMA BOUQUETTE
An awesome combination of flavors, this one is low in acidity, full bodied and is sweet, fruity and earthy. Panama Estate produces coffee that is known for possessing a delicate, floral aroma, a light yet balanced acidity, and a medium, buttery body.
PERU
A mild, slightly acidic coffee that when brewed strong, can produce a bright, crisp floral scent with honey sweetness. It features a delightful acidity, round body, and an exquisite flavor.
HAWAIIAN KONA FANCY
One of the most sought after coffees on the globe, this Arabica coffee is light to medium body with distinct acidity and a crisp taste.
ASIA AND PACIFIC RIM
CELEBES
Exceptionally good coffee from Indonesia, full body and smooth syrupy, spicy flavor with hints of oak.
PAUPA NEW GUINEA
This is a high-grade coffee that is full in body, fruity and sweet.
MOCHA JAVA
A blend of the two original coffees from the Red Sea area and the Dutch East Indies. Spicy, rich, and full-bodied.
SUMATRA MANDHELING
This is a naturally processed Indonesian coffee that carries a heavy, syrupy body along with very low acidity. It is creamy and winey with a deep, woody aroma.
AFRICAN
ETHIOPIA HARRAR
A wildly sharp tanginess and thick bodied fruit, this coffee has a hint of blueberries. Because the coffee is dried with the cherry still on the bean, a practice known as the natural process, this excellent Harrar has an intense blueberry flavor, a full body, medium acidity and slightly earthy flavor.
ETHIOPIA YERGACHEFFE
From the birthplace of coffee, this one is rare, but worth it! Defined by a wild sharp tanginess and thick bodied fruit. This intense feeling coffee enhances the palate with its very distinctive floral bouquet, rich body, a pleasingly fragrant aroma, with a smooth mellowness that's unique unto itself.
KENYA AA
Possibly one of the world's finest growing regions, Kenya AA coffee is full in body and sharp in acidity with a hint of wine and chestnuts.
TANZANIAN PEABERRY
Peaberry coffees render a flavor that is concentrated and offers a livelier cup, full body and distinguished aroma. This prized bean is harvested on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro near the Kenyan border and displays many of the characteristics of it's Kenyan cousin, though much lighter in acidity.

BLEND ROYAL
Lively with a rich aroma. A smooth and satisfying coffee you can drink all day. Whether enjoyed with breakfast or while running out the door, you can always count on our Blend Royal to start your day off right.
CELEBRATION BLEND
A dark roast with full flavor, low acidity, and the roasted sweetness typical of darker-roasted coffees.
HOUSE FULL CITY ROAST
"Full City Roast" takes a coffee from just showing oil to a slightly darker brown, with more oil. Gives this blend a darker, smoother taste.
KONA BLEND
Grown on the island of Hawaii's southwestern Kona coast. Pure Kona blended with the finest high-grown coffees to produce a delicately aromatic coffee with fine mild flavor.
KALDI BLEND
Slightly lighter than the Celebration Blend, yet hearty and rich with a robust, full-bodied flavor. Light in acidity, but rich in flavor.
MAESTRO ESPRESSO BLEND
Traditional Italian flavor with a blend of dark and full-city roast coffees. Complex flavor and slight acidity make this a perfect blend for espresso, cappuccino, and all after-dinner coffee drinks.
MAESTRO HOUSE BLEND
Latin and African coffees blended to produce all the body, aroma, and flavor necessary for the quintessential cup of coffee.
MAESTRO HOUSE BLEND DARK
Complementing varieties are blended with a darker roast coffee to produce a cup that has a touch of the dark taste and more "oomph" than regular House Blend.
COLOMBIAN DECAF
This Colombian is slightly more full bodied than the fair trade variety, but still has the bright acidity that makes Colombian coffee famous. Our new roast emphasizes its complexity and acidity.
SUMATRA DECAF
This coffee is very heavy-bodied with a chocolaty undertone to it. We roast our decaf Sumatran coffee as a dark roast and is an ideal dessert coffee.

PERU ORGANIC
A mild, slightly acidic coffee that when brewed strong, can produce a bright, crisp floral scent with honey sweetness.
SUMATRA ORGANIC
A rare, exotic Organic coffee from Indonesia, known for its heavy body, deep flavor, nutty aroma, and low acidity. We've roasted the Sumatra Mandheling darker to give some complexity to the coffee's earthy flavor and full body.
BRAZIL SANTOS FAIR TRADE ORGANIC
From the world's largest coffee growing country, this is a light bodied coffee with mild acidity, medium roast and mild flavor. Our roast is tailored specifically to complement the heavy body and almost tobacco-like flavor present in the Brazil Traditional Dry.
COLOMBIAN FAIR TRADE EXCELSO
The Fair Trade Certified label guarantees that farmers and workers received a fair price for their product. This Colombian has a rich aroma and full-bodied flavor and a slight snap of acidity. Complex with bright, rich fruit, supportive acid and coconut and cherry notes.
GUATEMALAN FAIR TRADE ORGANIC
This fair trade bean produces a sweet, full bodied cup of coffee without much bitterness. We roast this variety as a medium roast, Guatemala's own unique smoky flavor is well balanced with the "spicy twist" you may detect in this coffee.
NICARAGUAN FAIR TRADE ORGANIC
These fair-trade, very large beans grow from 4500-5000 feet above sea level. They are rich in body with spices and chocolate overtones.
MAESTRO PEACE BLEND
A blend of the best of the sustainable world: Rainforest Alliance certified coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico is blended with Fair Trade Organic Mocha Java, for a truly remarkable cup of coffee. This one is earthy with a spicy, rich, and full-bodied flavor.
MAESTRO FTO ESPRESSO
A medium-dark espresso blend made of Fair Trade and Organic coffee.
SUMATRA FAIR TRADE ORGANIC DECAF
We've roasted this Organic/Fair Trade darker to give some complexity to the coffee's earthy flavor and full body.
COLOMBIAN FAIR TRADE DECAF
This fair trade variety of Colombian Decaf is light and crisp with gentle acidity and bright fruit.
SWISS WATER DECAF
This decaf coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss water method, which eliminates the coffee's caffeine using water rather than chemicals. It is also certified organic.
