ORDERING

Please order in case counts where applicable. All product returns require authorization by Maestro Coffee Roasters. All authorized returns must be in the original packaging as shipped. Note: Because Maestro Coffee Roasters uses only the best 100% Arabica beans, we suggest that you only purchase what you need and what you can use in a one month time frame and place smaller orders more often. Email and fax orders will not be processed until a verbal confirmation is made by our ordering department.

SHIPPING

Shipping is placed through UPS unless specified otherwise. Orders over 20 pounds will receive free shipping. Orders under 20 pounds will be charged $8.95. UPS service takes 1 to 4 business days depending on location. The holiday seasons are subject to longer shipping times.

LEAD TIMES

Please call, fax or email your orders to us, and we will begin processing your order after a verbal confirmation. Processing begins the day the order has been received. Orders may take two business days to process before shipping. If orders are placed after 12:00pm, the two day period begins on the morning of the next business day. The holiday seasons are subject to longer lead times.

PRICES

Because the coffee industry is so volatile, strong price fluctuations may necessitate a price change. Because of this, prices are subject to change without notice, though as our policy we will continue to make every attempt to honor our prices as published.

EQUIPMENT

Maestro Coffee Roasters has relationships with companies that offer coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders and a full line of espresso supplies at discount rates. Please check with your Maestro Coffee Roasters Sales Representative.

MINIMUM ORDERS

We have a five (5) pound minimum order for bulk coffee.
